When distributions are received you will decrease the ACB of the investment until the tax information is received at year-end and then reclassify accordingly NOTE: There was a rollover/sale on July 31, 2025. The LP was also dissolved on the same day. Please speak to the CRM to obtain the agreement. Final amended T5013s & RL-15s are available on RFO Capital SharePoint (The year-end date on the original slips was August 1, which was incorrect; amended slips are therefore issued). Form 2059 and 2060 will be available on SharePoint by mid-January 2026.
